Starr Ayers is a third-generation
artist, writer, amateur photographer, and speaker. She shares of God’s grace
through her journey as the mother of a daughter with Down syndrome and encourages the acceptance of those with life-challenging
disabilities. Her love for God and his Word placed her on a path of
mentoring and inspiring women to listen for the still, small voice of God and to
embrace their uniqueness in Christ. She lives in Asheboro, North Carolina with

heartbreak of children labeled as “different.” Her heart is to encourage the
acceptance of those with life-challenging disabilities and to inspire others to
embrace their own uniqueness in Christ. Starr writes devotions and is currently
pursuing the publication of her first children’s picture book, Arianna, the Angel with Two Left
Wings. She is married to

leader and serves as a Hospice House volunteer. She is married to Michael, and
